The Gopalapatnam store is at Shop No. 26, Sai Dharani Castle, directly opposite Gopalapatnam Police Station in the Baaji Junction area. It is the TinyKiddo for the north-western side of Visakhapatnam — if you are in Gopalapatnam itself or coming down towards Baaji Junction, this is the shortest trip to us.

Everything in the shop is pure cotton, bio-washed so it is soft on the first wear, and dyed without azo dyes. For a newborn that is not a marketing line: their skin is thinner than an adult's, and clothing is against it for almost the whole day. Cotton that breathes and a dye that stays out of the equation are the two things you actually want, and both are easier to judge standing in front of the cloth than scrolling past a photograph of it.

There is also a straightforward local reason for cotton. Visakhapatnam is hot for much of the year and humid for nearly all of it, and a blend that feels perfectly pleasant in an air-conditioned room holds heat against a baby who has no way of telling you so. Breathable, loose, quick-drying and easy to wash is the entire specification, and the range is built to it.

What you will find spans newborn upwards — bodysuits, muslin swaddles and washcloths, frocks, boys' kurta and dhoti sets, co-ord sets, bedding, mosquito nets and a small range of baby toys. Stock is not identical across our stores, so call ahead if you are making the trip for one particular thing and the team here will check.

And bring the child, or their measurements, if sizing is the question. Age labels differ between brands enough to make a gift unwearable, and our team would rather measure than guess. Anything that does not fit can be exchanged.
