  • What happen if item order item ordered is out of stock?
    If you're interested in purchasing an item that is out of stock please get in touch with us at and we will update you the minute we update the stock of those items.
  • What happens you are unable to fulfill my order?
    If we are unable to fulfill an order after you have placed it, you can contact us and our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your original payment that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 3 to 7 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • What if I receive a defective/wrong product or an incomplete order?
    Don't worry, our warehouse team thoroughly performs quality checks before packing the items. However, in the event of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us, you can raise a support ticket in the my account section with attached images (all images must be compressed within a single .zip file format before upload), and we will replace the order with the correct products. If the product has a manufacturing defect (i.e., torn, stained, stitched incorrectly), we can either offer a replacement product or a credit note. Return shipping will be borne by us. However, please note that at present, we offer nationwide shipping within India only.

    Shipping cost is free for orders above Rs.999/- The standard shipping cost of flat Rs.55/- applies for orders with Rs.999/- and below.
  • What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
    Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice(three times) before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your valid mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

    All domestic orders are processed between 24 - 48 business hours. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3 - 12 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-15 days.
