Walk the Change: Fashion Auditions

Objective:

Discover and nurture emerging young talent in fashion and modeling.

Select participants for the final “Wear the Change” event, where they will showcase eco-fashion creations by eco-friendly brands.

Audition Activities:

Introduction and Briefing:

Overview of the “Wear the Change” event and its commitment to sustainability.

Explanation of audition requirements, including criteria for evaluating modeling skills.

Runway Walk and Presentation:

Participants will perform a runway walk to exhibit their style and confidence.

They will also have the opportunity to present a brief introduction or describe their modeling inspiration.

Judging and Feedback:

A panel of judges, comprising fashion experts and sustainability advocates, will assess participants based on confidence, walk style, and overall presentation.

Constructive feedback will be provided to all participants, with special recognition for those who excel.

Selection of Finalists:

Finalists will be selected to participate in the main “Wear the Change” event.

Selected participants will have the chance to walk the runway wearing brand designs in front of a larger audience, with potential media coverage.

Finalists will also have the opportunity to attend fashion expert grooming classes (charges applicable).

Professional Photoshoot:

Provide a complimentary professional photoshoot for participants to build their modeling portfolio.

Feature in Event Promotions:

Highlight participants in social media posts, event flyers, and other promotional materials leading up to the main event.

Certification of Participation:

Award certificates of participation that can be included in their portfolios or resumes.

Media Coverage:

Offer potential media coverage for standout participants in local fashion magazines or online platforms.

Eligibility:   Exclusively for children aged 4 to 12 years.
